Color is Powerful as a Design Philosophy

Local interior designers weigh in on how color is used in offices.
For Kelly Ennis, managing principal of interior design firm The Verve Partnership, color is an design philosophy. Essentially, the design of a room has the ability to influence employees and ultimately influence their performance. Color, or the lack of color, patterns and shapes in design have the ability to, “inform a variety of functions within an environment that is both physically and psychologically supportive, ” Ennis said.
