MDOT Certification Granted to The Verve Partnership! A major commitment to Maryland.

Baltimore, Maryland: The Verve Partnership meets eligibility standards as certified in the capacity of MBE/OBE/SBE- for Interior Design Services, by The Maryland Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) Office of Minority Business Enterprise (OMBE).
The Verve Partnership is proud to join the many businesses in Maryland who share a commitment stated by MDOT to provide the opportunity of bona fide minority businesses to participate fully and fairly in the procurement process. This certification was granted in November of 2016.
With this certification, The Verve Partnership is able to join design, engineering and construction teams, to design human-centered spaces in the built environment. The Verve Partnership believes the design of the built environment starts from the inside out, focused on people and identity. Space is a source of energy, to boost performance, inspire people, and be a catalyst for growth.

About Kelly Ennis, Managing Principal
Managing Principal of The Verve Partnership, Kelly Ennis leads projects with her savvy vision, aligning business objectives with award winning design and strategy solutions. Accountable for day-to-day operations and oversight, as well as planning larger strategic objectives, Ennis uses her twenty years of industry experience to lead her talented design team. She has established alliances with leaders in complimentary industries and forms tailored team of hand-picked experts for each proposal. She is proud of the solid relationships she has with all her clients, past and present, each in their own unique market sectors: technology, professional services, non-profit, and entertainment. And she’s worked from coast-to-coast. Prior to establishing TVP, Kelly held senior design and management roles with global firms including HOK, Los Angeles, and Gensler, Baltimore.
She holds a BFA in Interior Architecture from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and is a Certified Interior Designer in several jurisdictions.
