We all know someone who has had some sort of replacement surgery. From sports-related injuries to body parts just wearing out, modern medicine proves a modern miracle in medical devices that can replace problematic parts of our bodies. But how does an office headquarters support these efforts? Supreme Orthopedics knows, they are always thinking about the patient first and working backwards. They are building their standard operating practices and business model from the inside out.

When it came time to relocate their offices they more than ready to put money-to-mouth, to build a strategy to capture this human-centered approach. Our team took the time to truly understand how their space would function and align with their business goals. We focused on how their employees, surgeons, clients, and visitors needed to interact between public and private spaces in order for all to have a positive and successful experience.

Supreme Orthopedics not only required headquarters office space, they also needed a state-of-the-art wet lab and training facility where they can educate and create an open and inviting network space to host community building.

The result-a new headquarters that is professional, social and educational. All under one roof.
