After the success of Betamore, Spark and CIRQL The Verve Partnership was hired to study the expansion of Betamore into the surrounding counties with a local developer.

Typically, from a developer standpoint, coworking spaces may represent risk when weighted against a typical office space. However, developer driven coworking spaces, such as Spark and CIRQL, represents a significant opportunity to attract and keep tenant’s long term.

Coworking spaces are not specific to smaller organizations, however, especially in our current environment stand to be the hub and spoke/hub and club opportunity to serve both large and small companies. This is important because they can serve needs that are spatially and financially flexible, collaborative, and innovative. In these instances, a developer can save a tenant money.


As COVID-19 creates space for distributed work, tenant demand for coworking in suburban markets will increase. The design of curated and experience driven spaces will serve as a resilient short- and long-term solution.
