b.Well

Strategy | Full Design Services

Working primarily on a virtual basis since its inception and throughout our consistent growth, b.Well has always recognized the importance of establishing a physical place for the team to work face to face, which is critically valuable in fostering a unique corporate culture; especially in the world of tech startups.

After an extensive search, b.Well recently moved to 145 E. Ostend in the Federal Hill/Stadium Area of Baltimore City; a walkable neighborhood that has always been safe, with a vibrant community that is easily accessible with great bars, restaurants and shops.

In establishing a proper workplace strategy, The Verve Partnership (Verve) met with the b.Well leadership team to establish direction, set goals and project timelines and budgets; all the while weaving strategy and design together to express the brand to engage employees and to create a space that promotes the sharing of ideas, provides a healthy environment (where people actually want to be) and one that fosters a community where teams are motivated and inspired to innovate and perform.

Verve accomplished this by designing a space that balances both private workspaces, open and closed collaboration spaces and drop in workspaces that allow privacy while also welcoming interaction and connectivity. The access to natural light in the space is insane, (with a view of M&T Bank Stadium #Ravens) and the use of natural wood hues and plants are vital to a nod to #biophilic #design #philosophy aligned with connecting humans to nature to improve wellbeing.

The space is truly a manifestation of well being aligned with the built environment for b.Well’s team, clients, colleagues and parnters.
