Located in the heart of the Federal Hill neighborhood in Baltimore, this project consists of three industrial warehouse buildings that formerly housed Union Brothers furniture company and Plymouth Wallpaper company.
The project has been awarded historic tax credits, and will be a mixed-use, office over retail collection of connected buildings with a central courtyard space for all building users.
The goal is to create an exciting, vibrant space that embraces elements of the history while focusing on creating spaces to encourage interaction among building users.
