The Verve Partnership was there from the beginning, from concept to construction. Our team was focused on one goal: create a comfortable and welcoming environment for older residents with a slightly upscale look in Baltimore City, MD for people 55 and over.
To build on a budget and create affordable housing that looks and feels like market rate apartments, we had to start from the ground up. Starting with retail on the ground floor and interior common areas through out-such as: game rooms, reading rooms, conference rooms and management office.
Bright, open spaces that invite repartee or small group socializing. Complementary textures and bold, but soothing colors make the space feel vibrant and alive. There’s always a place to tuck in with a good audio book or visit with someone close in cozy conversation pits. Or, “ride the nine” at the pool table while your friends cheer you on.
