The success of Spark Baltimore and Two Light in Kansas City inspired another Spark-Coworking space, this time in St. Louis Mo. With similar design aesthetics, a location with in an office high-rise, and next to an entertainment district (Royals Stadium).
Our modern business and economic climate demands next-generation tenants in a highly communal space where people can collaborate, create and develop relationships.
The Verve Partnership was tasked with creating a design that served as an homage to the flagship space, yet uniquely representative of, for and with the culture and brand of St. Louis and designed for the local entrepreneur. Spark continues to be a collaborative workplace for creators and innovators that blends non-traditional business with more established, legacy companies.
Frosted glass and creative use of partitions (think green walls) define the space. With a high end hospitality feel, the space includes communal tables, tufted couches, and long countertops creating a plethora of choice when sitting down to a long day of churning out marketing copy, computer code, or returning emails. All in a days work.
